Show Notes

When you're first building a business, the fastest way to grow and discover your niche is if you take on any clients you can get. But at some point as you're growing your company, you'll begin to realize which clients you want to pursue and which clients don't match the "right fit" for your developing niche. And what can you do at that point?

In this conversation, Chad and Josh share how they've discovered and developed their niches and their "right fit," how they've stayed in their lane when more opportunity comes up, and how they've failed at staying in their lane and realized the value of sticking to their niche.
