There comes a point in every business when there's a transition that needs to occur in order for the business to grow. When it happens, the leader, the founder, or the original entrepreneur frequently finds themself at a point where they are tired, burnt out, and just plain incapable of handling all the things that need to happen on a daily or weekly basis.
That's where this conversation comes into play. Laura Hope Whitaker, the CEO and Visionary of ESP, Inc came back from her sabbatical ready to make some big changes. And so she found herself an Integrator (from someone right inside her company) and started the journey to restructuring the leadership of ESP!
In this conversation, Josh, Chad, and Laura discuss the efficacy of having a visionary and integrator to share the leadership of a company, as well as some of the challenges and struggles of making such a huge change.
