Starting right out of college with her first franchisee business for what is now The UPS Store, Leslie Kuban has been involved in franchising for all of her professional career, working her way through several different franchise businesses to the one she has now, FranNet. Her company offers coaching and recruiting services on both sides of the spectrum, working with the franchisor to identify franchisees who would be a good fit for their franchise agreement, and then coaching the franchisee and helping them get their feet under themselves in this new business venture.
