But as his business grew, his identity became more and more wrapped up in the need to be a successful startup entrepreneur. And after a health crisis, a legal crisis, and a financial crisis all crashed into his life all in a short period of time, he was forced to shut down that company for good, leaving him floundering in his own personal struggles with identity.
