Last week we heard about Brandon Checketts’ journey from sno-cone dealer to Amazon seller, this week we hear how he saw an opportunity within his own Amazon business to create new and better systems so he could scale and grow more efficiently. He then took the solution he had created for his own problem and built a company around it, eventually creating the highly successful company Seller Labs, and more recently, his small business studio RoundSphere.
