After finishing his career as a pro athlete, Nate Hybl knew that he wanted to create a new identity for himself and to be more than just an ex-athlete. In his search for a new career path, he realized that the traditional business lifestyle would not be a good fit. Then he discovered a passion for food and creating an environment, and that’s how gusto! was born!
In this episode, Josh, Chad, and Nate talk about the immense amount of work required to launch a successful restaurant, the pivots that have to be made as the need of the market and society at large changes, and the mindset shifts needed to be an innovator in your field.
